- Description
- Amendment 10 for the Checkout, Assembly and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) acquisition is being released to offerors in the competitive range via the NAIS and CAPPS websites. The purpose of this amendment is to modify RFP Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs; RFP Section F, Deliveries or Performance; RFP Section H, Special Contract Requirements; RFP Section I, Contract Clauses; RFP Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors; and Attachment J-1, Appendix 22, CAPPS Reference and Compliance Documents. These revisions accommodate a change in performance schedule, incorporate a new Bills of Lading Clause, incorporate a new Depot Certification Provision, update the Safety and Health Provisions/Clauses, and update the Bidder's Library. Only offerors who have previously submitted a proposal need to respond to this notice. No new offers will be considered.
