- Prosser Creek Dam is located approximately 4 miles northeast of the city of Truckee in Nevada County, California. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. As a result, this procurement is a Simplified Acquisition; therefore, in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 "Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside", offers are solicited only from small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 234990. The project consists of the construction of a bypass pipeline extension for the Prosser Creek Dam. The principal components of the work to be performed include the following: 1) Installation of a bypass pipeline extension; 2) Construction of an access road to the construction site; and 3) Modification of existing access road.
