- NA The work consists of remodeling an existing Immigration and Naturalization Service alien staging center in Broadview, Illinois. The work involves interior remodeling including concrete masonry and drywall construction; wood and plastic millwork; standard and security doors, windows and hardware; room finishes; and necessary mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work utilizing systems of the existing facility. Optional work includes fixtures, exterior handrails, concrete ramps and stairs, and a new roof top HVAC unit and ductwork. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. NAICS Code 233320. $28.5M. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is available by downloading from the Internet only.
