Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to fabricate an Apache helicopter based Ballistic Firing Test Set (ABFTS). This test set will use the Apache helicopter based Rocket Management System called the Pylon Interface Unit (PIU) for ground firing of 2.75 inch rockets. This test set will be compatible with the current cabling system in the field. The building of the ABFTS will require the ability to build the PIU electronic boxes into a field configured system. Please be advised that this is not a request for the submission of offers or proposals, this is a request for information only; no contract award will be made as a result of this notice. Interested parties are highly encouraged to provide brochures, a description of the firm?s technical capabilities, personnel qualifications, including past experience and provide a point of contact for questions. Written responses to this notice shall be submitted using electronic mail (e-mail) only.
