- NA Notice of Intent by the Government to place an order with KBIC Tire Flatproofing in Baraga, MI for 28,200 pounds of flatproofing material to include installation. This is only a test program at this time and award will be made to this company for the initi al test and evaluation of 3 graders, 6 dump trucks and 2 brush hog mowers. The proposed agreement will be issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The associated Standard Industrial Clas sification Code (SIC) is 3011 and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 32611. Any vendor who feels they can provide the same type of product should notify this office, in writing, at the address shown above for consideration. N o long-term requirement has been identified at this time. If, upon the completion of this test program, further requirements of this nature are identified all qualified firms will have an opportunity for award.
