- A Solicitation package will be posted on or about 1 Jun 02 for Base Network Control Center (BNCC) services at Columbus AFB, MS. NAICS Code:541513 Computer Facilities Management Services Size Standard $18 million. These services shall include, but are not limited to , Information Technology (IT) planning, Base Communications Center, Defense Message System (DMS) Administration and support, local customer support of regionalized data processing, Network Management and Administration, small computer systems support, Defense Information System Network (DISN) node administration, Status Of Resources Training System (SORTS), Combat Information Transport System (CITS), Software instillation, configuration and support, wing software management, webmaster functions, information assurance, information protection office, customer training support and education, proactive support for al downward directed initiatives with the overall goal of keeping Columbus AFB in line with JTA-AF and the One Air Force, One Network Concept. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 02 to 30 Sep 03 with four one year option periods.
