- Description
- Provide ENT services for the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 with two option years. Services to be performed for and at the VA Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO. Services include otolaryngology procedures and thirty-six (36) outpatient clinics during the contract period. All responsible resources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. RFP is available today and if not downloaded from the internet must be requested in writing (FAX 970-244-7721). Proposal is due June 21, 2002 @ 2:00 PM local time. NAICS for this procurement is 62111. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
