- PR#: YPG02112001655, NSN 6140-01-131-8104, Battery Assembly, RFP#: SP0430-02-R-5061. Contracting Officer: Kreylon Crewe-Bacon/804-279-4221. Issue Date: June 17, 2002, Closing Date: July 17, 2002. Subject RFP is a Definite Quantity Contract with 100% option provisions. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 150 days ARO. Subject item is in accordance with specification MIL-PERF-8565/4D dated 01 Jun 25. The RFP total quantity is 650 each (basic). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
