- Domestic sources sought for a Cationic- Dyeable Continuous Filament Polyester Tow. This polyester fiber is used to construct the fabric identified as Style 3990-1605 (4XZ), MIL-C-10176, Type II, Class 12 used for the US Air Force polyester/wool, Shade 1605 windbreakers.
