- DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 5, Plumbing, which contains 34 NSNs. This will be a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this solicitation is 10 June 02, with a closing date of 10 July 02.
