- Description
- The US Army, TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a Request for Proposal under Other Than Full and Open Competition to restrict to US and Canada IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(3) and FAR 6.302-3(b)(i)(v) for the manufacture and delivery of 120mm Tank Ammunition M830A1 Cartridges, High Explosive, Anti- Tank, Multi-Purpose - Tracer (HEAT-MP-T), in accordance with TDPL #12912376, Combination of Adopted Items (COAI) for Cartridge, 1315-01-333-0533 (Marines) in the following quantities: 880 cartridges in FY02 with options for FY03 for 4,000 cartridges, FY04 for 2,000 cartridges, and FY05 for 2,000 cartridges. Deliveries will be within 24 months after contract award for FY02 and within 24 months after exercise of each option. See Numbered Notes 13, 22 (except that this is not restricted to only one source), and 26.
