Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT - FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA REQUIREMENT: The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease quality office and related space in the Fredericksburg, Virginia, area consisting of approximately 5,691 rentable square feet (r.s.f.). Space shall yield 4,949 BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: HVAC systems must serve off-hour loads associated with the late evening and weekend hours. LOCATION: Fredericksburg Central Business Area and approximately a 5-mile radius extending out from the city. LEASE TERM/OCCUPANCY: Ten years; five years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2002.
