- Description
- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Laser Diode Array, RFQ 920-75905-902 which was posted on May 8, 2002. You are notified that the following changes are made: Additional specifications: (1) G package, back-cooled thermally conductive mount. Typically 1.0" x 0.4" (LxW); (2) Pulse Width of 200 microseconds at 100 hz - 2% duty cycle; Temperature of 30C (+/- 2C) at 809 nm center wavelength; Spectral Width of 2 nm FWHM; and Center WL Tolerance of 809 nm (+/- 3nm). The due date for receipt of quotes is not extended. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
