- U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRTION is interested in leasing approximately 17,250 rentable square feet of office space and 20 secured parking spaces in central Queens, NY, for a ten (10) year term. The delineated area is bounded on the north by Jewel Ave.; on the west by 108th St/Queens Boulevard/Kew Gardens Road/Lefferts Boulevard; on the south by Linden Boulevard and on the east by Kissena Boulevard/Parsons Boulevard/Merrick Boulevard. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or the manager must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
