- Mechanical and Elevator Maintenance Services at the Emanuel Celler U.S. Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza, and the U.S Post Office and Courthouse, 271 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. This modification is to include the current contractor's name and contract prices: Current Contractor: Wackenhut Services, Inc. Current Contract Prices: Mech Maint., and Secretary Svs. is $512,603.64/per yr. Elevator Maint., is $80,371.20/per yr and the Fire Safety Director is $52,105.20/per yr. totalling $645,080.04/per yr. Add'l Svs., for Mechanical Maintenance Svs is: OT and EMC- $56.86/per hr., Misc, Maint.Rp and A/S - $41.60. Also, the solicitation issue date will be changed from 5/27/02 to 5/28/02. All other information will be addressed through the solicitation package.
