- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure for Optometry Services in support of the Naval Medical Clinic, China Lake, California. Optometry services are to be provided to active duty members and eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Defense direct care system. The estimated clinical workload is 416 hours. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and a non-personal service contract. The contract is for a twelve month base period from 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. The applicable NADICS code is 621111. The Government will be utilizing best value procedures, and reserves the right to apply reverse auction techniques and/or awarding initials, whichever is in the Government's best interests.
