- This proposed combined synopsis/Solicitation is for commercial items of Chemical and Physical analysis of approximately 173 international and domestic coals. This announcement (02ERQQ0095) constitutes the only solicitation. A copy of the solicitation can be found on the ideasec.nbc.gov website. All vendors who can meet this requirement, and have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. A written solicitation for this requirement will not be issued. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS, FAR PART 13.5. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380. Quotes are due by (4:00 PM EST.) (APRIL 21, 2002). The provisions at 1452.212-05 DEV, 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items as they appear in the RFQ apply to this acquisition.
