- NA The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and materials necessary to submit a Phase II report for a multiphase research project for National Park Service Southern Revolutionary War Parks (Cowpens National Battlefield, Fort Moultrie unit of Fort Sumter National Monument , Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Kings Mountain National Military Park, Moores Creek National Battlefield, and Ninety Six National Historic Site). This multiphase research project will give the parks a deeper insight into the history of and participants in the American Revolution and allow the parks to better interpret them to the public. Phase II will produce an annotated bibliography and detailed guide to primary sources located in Great Britain that bear upon the southern campaigns of the American Revolution.
