Description: NA General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, MO,has a requirement to maintain the Direct View CR System manufactured by Eastman Kodak for the Medical Maintenance Branch. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, training, supervision and other items of services. Performance period is 3 Jun 2002 through 30 Sep 2002 for the basic contract period with four option periods. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference RFQ No. DADA09-02-T-0328.
