- NA Headquaraters, Operations Support Command (OSC) has a service requirement for 3D modeling to convert 2D drawings to 3D drawings or 3D drawings to 2D drawings. This procurement is restricted 100% to small business. Because this effort requires frequent, o n-site interface with the government technical personnel, contractor must be located at time of award within a 30 mile radius of Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299. Skills required shall be PRO/Engineer Modeling, PRO/Engineer Detailer, and CAD Ass istance. Experience in TACOM modeling procedures or completion of the TACOM Solid Modeling 3-day training course is required. This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a 1 year base period with 4 one year option periods. Deli very orders will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis. The Defense Federal Acquisition Register has been amended to require all contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD to be registered in the CCR. Approximate issue date is 28 May 2002 with opening daste 15 days from date of issue. The request should include your a ssigned cage code, tax identification number, D & B number, name, address, fax number, and solicitation number. This solicitation will be issued via the internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and http://acquisition.army.mil and https://www.eps.go v. Any changes to this solicitation will be possted onlly to these web sites. Therefore it is the contractors repsonsibility to check the site daily for any posted changes. If bidders are unable to meet the terms and conditions of the solicitation, all questions and/or requests for changes must be submitted to the contract specialist in writing prior to opening.
