- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Military Family Housing Maintenance at McConnell AFB, KS. Work includes, but is not limited to: maintenance management; service calls; change of occupancy maintenance; recurring/preventive maintenance; appliance and equipment maintenance; and Self-Help Store operation. The base period of performance will be October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003, with four one-year option periods, plus a potential Award Option Block of five one-year options, all of which will be evaluated for award. A contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the Performance Work Statement and provides the best value to the Government based upon evaluation of price and past performance. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for 8(a) businesses. The applicable NAICS Code for this solicitation is 235990 and the corresponding size standard is $12 million. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is on or about May 29, 2002. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posed on the Electronic Posting System/Federal Business Opportunities at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be furnished. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and downloading the solicitation, amendments, and all documents. Interested offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to receive a contract award.
