Description
ISSUE DATE: JUNE 13, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the construction of 224 linear feet of wave attenuator, including navigational lights on each end with access ladder and platform. The position of the wave attenuator shall be within 1? horizontally and 1? vertically of the specified locations. The contractor shall provide latitude and longitude to the center of the buoy lantern base plate and WP1 and WP2 by a licensed surveyor with an accuracy of a tenth of a foot. The fender system on the western face of the boat house will also be repaired. The project includes an option item for the installation of an 8? x 60? floating dock on the western side of the boathouse, including guide piles, gangway, gangway platform, and the relocation of existing shore ties. If the option is exercised, the fender system repairs will not be required, and the fender system will be removed and disposed of. NAICS code is 234990, with a size standard of $28.5M. Estimated cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance is estimated to be a total of 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
