- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, is conducting a competition for the award of task order contracts to cover the following two subject areas: Children, Youth and Their Families and Health and Human Services Data Policy, Analysis of National Data, Data Base Construction, Technical Assistance. The government reserves the right to select a single offeror, or more than one offeror for each of the two subject areas. The types of task orders which a contractor may be asked to perform under these contracts are as follows: policy or program assessments; evaluation feasibility and/or design studies; evaluation syntheses; data analytic studies. The period of performance shall be one year with four option years. This is 100% set-aside for small businesses and the size standard is $6.0 million. The date of issue for this RFP will be approximately fifteen days after this announcement is published. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance date of the RFP. It is anticipated that the solicitation document will be available on the DHHS website at www.hhs.gov/ogam/oam/opportunities/opportun.htm/ within 5 business days of issuance of the paper copies. However, to assure receipt, you should request a paper copy. Requests for paper copies of this RFP must be made in writing to the address and contact point listed above. Requests may be faxed to Cheryl Howe at (202) 690-5698. There will not be a bidder's conference. Any questions on the RFP will be due in writing approximately 10 calendar days after RFP issuance.
