The government reserves the right to select a single contractor, or more than one contractor for each of the five subject areas. The types of activities that a contractor may be asked to perform under these contracts are as follows: policy or program assessments; evaluation feasibility and/or design studies; literature review and evaluation syntheses; primary data collection and data base development; data analytic studies; and information dissemination. The Government anticipates awarding no less than 20% of the total contracts awarded under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity multiple award to small businesses who are technically qualified to be within the competitive range. The period of performance for each contract awarded shall be one year with four option years. The date of issue for this RFP will be approximately fifteen days after this announcement is published. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance date of the RFP. It is anticipated that the solicitation document will be available on the DHHS website at www.hhs.gov/ogam/oam/opportunities/opportun.htm/ within 5 business days of issuance of the paper copies. However, to assure receipt, you should request a paper copy. Requests for paper copies of this RFP must be made in writing to the address and contact point listed above.
