- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to procure on a sole-source basis from KPMG using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, services for the annual review of the FDA's IT Security Program. This notice is not a request for quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement no later than May 21, 2002 the response date. Capability statements must include documentation of an in-depth knowledge and prior experience. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511. The determination to sole source this procurement was based on the need to continue the reviews which were mandated by the OMB A-130 PDD 63 and the Government Security Act.for the self-assessment started FY-2001. The reviews of the IT risk assessments within the FDA?s infrastructure will also be completed. See Note 1
