- Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire hdropower generation optimization services on a sole-source basis from Synexus Global Inc., 4342 Queen Street, 4th Floor, P.O. Box 1001, Niagara Falls ON L2E 6W1, (905)374-0701. This notice is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Synexus Global has already completed a substantial portion of this effort under a previous contract for Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). The optimization model created for BPA will be customized to fit Western's water and power operations. This is not a solicitation for quotes. The anticipated award date is 5/28/02.
