- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to negotiate solely with Swift Machine & Welding LTD, Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada to furnish and deliver FOB Destination one small plot, reseach grade plot swather with 60" cutting width. This equipment will be used as a prepartory step for harvesting canola. Swift Machine and Welding LTD is the only manufacturer to provide a research grade version of commercial scale swathers, built on a scale suitable for small plot research. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide this product must submit a written substantive statement to show the company's capabilities and the product comparability to the Contracting Officer within 5 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
