- Notice is hereby provided of the intent to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) United States Atomic Energy Detection System (USAEDS) telecommunications network. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) plans to place the RFP on the DITCO Contracting Opportunities Home Page at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/Public/ASP/dcop.asp by 30 May 02 where it will be available for downloading. Proposals are requested to be submitted by 02 Jul 02. The contractor will be required to provide a world-side packet switched communications network for the AFTAC USAEDS Network.
