Description

The 45th Space Wing Contracting Squadron at Patrick AFB, Florida intends to acquire services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. This request for proposal (RFP) F08650-02-T-0054 is for a non-commercial firm-fixed price contract. The supplies and services include, but are not limited to: Purchase the services of Dr. Lew Ehrhart of the University of Central Florida to comply with the Biological opinion issued by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. To perform Sea Turtle Nesting Monitoring along A1A at Patrick AFB, FL. Base period is: 1 May 02 to 30 Dec 02 with four (4) option periods of: 1 May to 30 Dec. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Standard Industrial Code is 8713. The NAICS is 54136. The size standard is $4 million. Award of this contract will be made to University of Central Florida. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing on or before 11 April 02 to 45 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: Robert J. Moran, 1201 Edward H.
