- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00104-02-Q-Q514 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. NAVICP intends to procure commercially available Miscellaneous IT Equipment for the Management Systems Support Division, Portsmouth, NH The equipment includes: CLIN 0001, p/n 1104, qty 1 ea. Callixa Query server software, CLIN 0002, p/n 10001, qty 5 ea. Callixa Relationaldata Source Connections, CLIN 0003, P/N 40001 , maintenance fees, qty 1, CLIN 0004, p/n 40002, qty 1, support fees. Delivery is 30 days after date of order, FOB Destina tion The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (AUG 1998), applies to this acquisition. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded on basis of lowest price technically acceptable quote and delivery schedule. No substitutions are acceptable. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and certifications - Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Com Items with offers. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (MAR 1998), is incorporated by reference. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (APR 1998), applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JA N 1999), applies to this acquisition.
