- Description
- Quantity 8 each Remote Control Panel for SGSI System, NAWC Part Number 618331-10. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-01-17143, NAEC Misc 91-OR003 and Report NAEC-MISC-91-0A057. Higher Level Quality Program required, refer to specifications/drawings and drawing notes. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source in accordance with REI-01-17143. May require stringent non-destructive testing and inspection. Export Control Data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) prior to receipt of solicitation. See Notes 1 and 8. Request RFQ Package in writing (FAXED) by 23 May 2002. Quotes due 06 June 2002. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
