- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for services to create an Internet website for aeroplanning purposes. The Government believes that the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency requirement is IMAPS, LLC, 105 McCrosky Prof. Park, Columbia, IL 62236. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The following minimum acceptable specifications apply to this requirement: The Contractor shall provide and the website shall display by Internet the following information: (a) a website that is branded to the BLM or to whatever description desired, and as provided on t -- click under Additional Information to view complete announcement text
