- NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington on behalf of The Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) Systems Directorate (J-6) of the Joint Staff is providing additional information for the procurement of Command, Control, Communications, and Co mputer (C4) systems instructions, architectures, analyses, plans, policies, doctrine, studies and assessments, demonstrations & experiments, automated tools, models, and program management efforts over the life of the contract. The correct telephone numbe r for the Contracting Officer is 703-695-7576. The Contract Specialist is Leona Cousar 703-693-5011. All correspondence should be directed to either the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist. The correct Solicitation Number is DASW01-02-R-0022. As stated in the original announcement the Request for Proposal will be made available on the Defense Contracting Command - Washington (DCC-W) Web Site at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil// on or about 28 Jun 02 as a full and open solicitation.
