- PR NUMBER FD2020-02-65767 Purpose: to obtain contractual coverage for Quality Assurance Testing of F-15 Time Delay Cartridges (0.75-sec), NSN 1377-00-238-0554; 1377-01- 017-0602; 1377-01-414-8933. Project Nr WMJC02040. Item 0001 - 1 LOT. Engineering services for Quality Assurance Testing to include labor, material, and equipment IAW Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Technical Requirements Docuent (TRD). Delivery: 120 days after receipt of test assets. The anticipated award date will be 10 JUN 2002. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: UPCo, Fairfield CA. To: Scot Inc, Downers Grove IL. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
