- Description
- The F-16 Logistics Operations Division at Hill Air Force Base is seeking additional sources for the manufacture of the FLAP, Maneuver, Wing Leading Edge, P/N 16W1022-811, NSN 1560-01-282-1028WF. This item is the moveable flight surface attached to the leading edge of the wing and is used to provide additional lift for the F-16 in takeoff and landing. This notification is for market research purposes to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, knowledge and accessibility to master tooling required to successfully complete this effort for Hill AFB, Utah and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement will be accomplished.
