- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F25600-02-T-0062. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. This requirement is set aside for small disadvantaged business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 and the small business size standard is $18M. The government intends to issue a purchase order for CLIN 0100 Mfr: Sensor Sytems Inc., Part #RVP-U, Remote View Pro Imaging Software Version 2.3.2 for UNIX; QTY: 13 EACH. CLIN 0101 Mfr: Sensor Systems Inc., Part #RVP-U-M4, Remote View Pro Unix Maintenance for 4 Months (1 June - 30 Sep 02) QTY 13 EACH; CLIN 0102 Mfr Sensor Systems Inc., Part #RVP-FL, Remote View Pro Floating License, QTY 13 EACH. CLIN 0103 Mfr: Sensor Systems Inc., Part #RVP-U-CM4, Remote View Pro Classified Plug in Module Maintenance for 4 months (1 June-30 Sep 02) QTY 13 EACH. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Please indicate FOB destination on quote. The following Provisions/Clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (which includes: 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers (29 U.S.C. 793); 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965, As Amended (41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.)
