- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is trying to identify contractors interested in operating a food service facility at the location listed below. The contractor will operate, prepare and serve food, and non-alcoholic beverages. It is desired that the contractor would serve breakfast, lunch and snacks during the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Currently there are approximately between 200 and 300 employees and support staff working at MRC (not all working during normal business hours). The Government will provide utilities, potable water, and telephone service. The Government will also allow the contractor to use the Government equipment located in the kitchen at the site. A preproposal site visit may be held prior to due date of proposals. Contractors interested in operating a cafeteria serving the number of people listed above, should submit your capability statement, along with a list of references/past performance information to the Contract Specialist listed above, no later than close of business Monday, May 20, 2002. Information will be accepted via mail, E-mail (Please send documents in Word or PDF only)or Fax. Questions should be sent in writing by fax or E-mail and should be received before the due date for responses.
