- Description
- Work consists of construction of new bathhouse including all utilities and site amenities, including but not limited to the bathhouse, water lines, electrical service and primary electrical line, information board, sidewalks, sewer lines and sewage lift station. Includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of crushed aggregate, hot bituminous plant mix, 80 LF of 17 x 13 polymeric coated corrugated steel pipe .064" thick, four 17 x 13 polymeric coated corrugated steel end sections, seeding, traffic markings and parking symbols. Project is located on the Mena District, Ouachita National Forest, in Polk County, Arkansas. Estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
