- Note 1 has been added. This is a combined synopsis/RFQ prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquistion Regulation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions, and any others that are applicable and in effect through the current Federal Acqusition Circular (FAC) and the Defense Acqusition Circular (DAC). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of the FAR can be accessed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The government intends to award, on a sole source basis, an order to MISSION RESEARCH CORPORATION in Santa Barbara, CA for the tasking shown in the attached statement of work. The anticipated award date is 24 MAY 2002. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 6 months from date of award. NOTE 22 applies, however all responses received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement will be considered by the government. NOTE 1 also applies.
