- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires 500 each ? part no. M28861/05-009GB, QPL manufacturer ? AVX or equal QPL manufacturer, radio frequency filters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This requirement holds NAICS Code 335999. The material is to be delivered by 04 Oct 02, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Repre sentation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52-212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 25 May 02. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Note 22.
