- NA Requirements tpe contract to provide noon meals for applicants processing through the Cleveland OH MEPS during the base period 01 Jun 02 through 31 May 02 with four one year option periods. The estimated yearly quantity is 19500 applicants. There is an a verage of 74 applicants daily with a maximum of 160 applicants daily. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Telephone requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Solicitation will not be forwarded via F AX or email.
