- NA This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format included in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; qu otes are being requested no written solicitation will be issued. Only electronic submissions are acceptable. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is DAAE07-02-T-0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46, dated 17 Mar 1997. The associated North American Industrial code System (NAICS) code is 336322. The U.S. Army TACOM requirement is for 50 each of Diesel Injector Kit, item number 1432099, and 50 each of Bearing Driver Kit, item number 8S2241. This is for the US Army TACOM, AMSTA-TR-D, Warren, MI 48397-5000. FOB Destination will apply. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Off erors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a complete copy of the Provision 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Comm ercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ?
