NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes t he only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W56D93-2123-2000, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect t hrough Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-07 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-10, 20020426 Edition. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 445299 with smal l business standard of $6.0 million or less. Description of commodity: Bottled Water for the period of 1 June 2002 through 30 September 2002. Offer to be firm fixed-price, on the following item: Line Item 1) Water, Bottled, approximately 16.9 ounces p er bottle, 150,000 bottles. Above quantity is an estimate only. Water must come from a source that is approved by the Department of Defense. Multiple deliveries are required. Successful offeror must: 1) Be able to respond with deliveries to orders with a 24 hour lead ti me; 2) Deliver to Bldg. 560, Camp Grayling, Grayling, MI; 3) Provide own off-loading equipment; 4) Must be capable of receiving payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); 5) Must be registered with Central Contracting Registry (CCR) http://www.ccr200 0.com. Qualifying offers will meet the stated specifications and be accompanied by completed provisions 52.212-3 and 252.225-7000. Failure to provide this information can render your offer non-responsive and therefore not considered for award. The Gove rnment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
