- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request Number, F7377721000200, is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611420. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following: CORPORATE USER LICENCES FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING. Technical Courses must include Microsoft, Novell, A+, Network+, Certified Internet Webmaster, Cisco, Security, etc. Desktop application courses must include Microsoft Office 97, 2000, 2002; Adobe Photoshop, Dream Weaver, PageMaker, Crystal Reports, Hardware Systems and many more. Location of class must be within a 50 mile radius from Travis AFB, CA. Courseware for each class must be included in price. Student(s) will receive course manual upon attendance at first day of class. On-line ANYTIME version of each class must be included at no additional change. Twenty-four (24) Hour Help Desk for telephone technical support must be available at no additional cost. Assessment tests must be included for each class attended at no additional charge. Free class repeat privileges. A total of of nine (9) students will be attending throughout the year. SEE THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Each student can take unlimited open-enrollment instructor led classes in a 12-month period. 2. 15th Air Force may enroll up to 2-3 students for any class on any given day for the license of the term. Any students beyond that number for a specific class will be on a standby. 3. Due to military deployment for extended periods of time where students currently enrolled are unable to take the class, that user?s access to classess will be extended by that amount of time member is away on military duty. Up to two (2) deployments/extensions per year may occur for each user. 4. Any new courses added to the instructor led course catalog during the license term will be added to the User License Agreement. This solicitation contains 1 line item. FOB point is Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Representation and Certifications- Commercial items with this offer. The solicitation will be issued on or after 6 May 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All requests for the solicitation must be through fax or email. NO REQUEST BY MAIL OR TELEPHONE WILL BE ACCEPTED. All potential contractors must comply with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirements to be considered responsive. . DPAS rating for this acquisition is S10.
