- Acquisition is for various spray ring manifolds applicable to the F100 engine as follows: Zone 1 Augmentor Spray Ring, NSN 2915-01-471-1311NZ, 63 each, P/N 4085197. First Article and quality plan required. Size/Dimensions: Approx .250 tube & 15.717 radius; requires Waspaloy elliptical tubing with Haynes 188 heat shields machined; function: Fuel spray for F100 augmentor lights. Zone 5 Augmentor Spray Ring, NSN 2915-01-333-9600NZ, 111 each, P/N 4071274. First Article and quality plan required. Size/Dimensions: Approx .250 tube & 15.717 radius; requires Waspaloy elliptical tubing with Haynes 188 heat shields machined; Material of mfg is Nickel Alloy, function: Fuel spray for F100 augmentor lights. Zone 4 Augmentor Spray Ring, NSN 2915-01-352-4672NZ, 16 each, P/N 4073248. First Article and quality plan required. Size/Dimensions: Approx .250 tube & 15.717 radius; requires Waspaloy elliptical tubing with Haynes 188 heat shields machined; Material of mfg is Nickel Alloy, function: Fuel spray for F100 augmentor lights. Zone 2 Augmentor Spray Ring, NSN 2915-01-471-3479NZ, 42 each, P/N 4085198. First Article and quality plan required. Size/Dimensions: Approx .250 tube & 15.717 radius; requires Waspaloy elliptical tubing with Haynes 188 heat shields machined; Function: Fuel spray for F100 augmentor lights. A fixed firm quantity contract is contemplated. To be considered for award, offerors must be qualified. Qualification Requirements are available upon request. Approved sources are Woodward FST, Zeeland MI; Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford CT and Wood Group Fuel Systems, East Windsor CT. Amended to delete code 22 and add codes 23 and 26.
