- This announcement will modify the original advertisement for the Federal Bureau of Prisons requirement to Construct a New Powerhouse for the Federal Correctional Institution(FCI), Milan located in Milan, Michigan. The anticipated award date is on or about August 1, 2002. The project completion time is corrected to read 730 calendar days. There will be a pre-bid meeting conducted at FCI Milan prior to the bid opening date. The time and date of this meeting will be included in the solicitation document or cover letter.
