- Description
- The intent of this contract is to remove rocks protruding from the surface, add crushed aggregate to the existing asphalt surface, and pulverize existing asphalt and base aggregate. Entire project shall be shaped, compacted and paved with superpave and shouldered. Ditches will be reestabilshed where needed; culverts shall be cleaned to drain. Turnouts and road intersections shall also be superpaved. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A pre-proposal meeting is set for June 10 at 10:00am CST at the project site. The project is located on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Bayfield County, Wisconsin. Project can be reached from Ino, WI, six miles North. Ino is located approximately 14 miles West of Ashland, WI, along State Highway 2.
