- The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1045,2990 & 4810. Set-aside 100% for small business concerns, size standard is 500 employees. Includes NSN 1045-01-028-3005 (7Z048) p/n 0313882 & (99657) MV228CB; NSN 2990-00-623-0228 (1001) dwg 1623337; NSN 4810-00-907-0663 (19207)dwg 8738105; NSN 4810-00-907-0664 (19207) dwg 8738105. Drawings,specifications or plans are not available for NSN 1045-01-028-3005. This item is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited above. For the remaining NSNs the applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 - Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Goverment. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. To be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis, against a Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).
