- ACM 29 April 2002 DISTRIBUTION: TO ALL NIMA INDUSTRY PARTNERS SUPPORTING NIMA ANALYSIS AND PRODUCTION P CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS SUBJECT: National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) GLOBAL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE (GGI) Request For Proposal (RFP) NMA302-02-R-0002 On April 8 2002, NIMA announced our follow-on consolidated requirement, Global Geospatial Intelligence (GGI) that will replace the current Omnibus and NIMA Production Prototype vehicles. The announcement of GGI was released to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizzOpps) and is also included on the NIMA Vendor Opportunity Web page. The proposed acquisition will provide for existing production service contracts, future production service contracts and contract production requirements using Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) procedures. A DRAFT of the RFP NMA302-02-R-0002 has been released for industry comment to approved sources that possess a Secret Facility Clearance. On 20 May 2002, NIMA will be hosting an Industry Forum. The meeting will be held at NIMA St. Louis, at the Arnold Conference Center beginning at 8:30 (CT) to discuss the solicitation. Interested offerors wishing to attend should submit their written intention, indicating the name/address/telephone number of the firm, representative's name and security clearance level, and a point of contact. Intent letters should be forwarded to: Ms. Deborah Olson, ACMW, MS L-13, 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO 63010-6238, or by facsimile at (314) 263-8024. Offeror's representatives must have personnel security clearances of SECRET in order to participate at this meeting. In order to facilitate teaming at the conference, offerors are requested to bring multiple copies of a single-page summary of their capabilities and needs. These summaries will be placed in a central location to facilitate teaming.
