Description
PR#: YPG01340000917, NSN 6685-00-782-5247, Thermometer, Bimetallic, IAW Mil Spec MIL-I-17244E/Ships/(See note 9). RFP#: SP0440-02-R-1922. Contracting Officer: Glenice L. Daniel-Chambers/804-279-3158. Issue Date: February 19, 2002, Closing Date: March 21, 2002. Subject item is non-commercial. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Government First Article Testing is required. Master Drawings are required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 146 DARO with waiver of First Article Testing and Master Drawings. Delivery with First Article Testing and Master Drawings is 281 DARO. Subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP Estimated Annual Demand for the Base Year is 821 each. The Estimated Annual Demand for the Option Years is 768 each. Surge and Sustainment coverage does not apply to this requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
